Welcome to Wildflower Farm, it is kind of a special, magical place. A safe haven.

Wildflower Farm, is a sanctuary. It also operates kind of as a small guest house/B&B. Sometimes we have long term residents other times short term. Either way, it is a nice warm environment with lots of old fashioned charm, set outside the world we know, just off the beaten path, somewhere between, New England, and the land of fairy, is where this beautiful place seems to fall.

Full of life, and living things, surrounded by the forest, Wildflower Farm, hosts a weekly book club for women with deeper reading interests. We have been known to read things like The Birth House, Casting Off, and many more will come. We hope to cover things like, The Red Tent, Memoirs Of A Geisha, Ahab's Wife, and many many more. Including real less modern literature, Jane Austen, and many other great reads.

We are as social a new start up group as we can be, though we do also care about the books we read. Oh, we enjoy some wine together, or a cup of tea or hot cocoa by the fire in the winter and discussing our lives together. But we also enjoy the adventures we take between the covers of the books we choose to read together and discuss.

We meet Mondays at 8 pm for anyone interested in joining us, look us up on Meet Up, or Facebook. Though we meet on Mondays, we may opt on occasion to meet on some other day as well. For example, if we read a book we like and wish to watch the movie version, then we set up an additional time to do that.

We are still working to create and build our own book club culture and traditions. This is a great opportunity to join something and help it to develop.

If you have any questions, please don't be a stranger, feel free to ask. :)

At this time, we are a very small group hoping to grow, and striving  to build a bit of a sisterhood here at the farm, through our reading habits.
